Shipping Methods & Costs

  • International Orders: We offer complimentary shipping on international orders over a certain value. Orders under this value are subject to a shipping fee. All international orders ship Delivery Duties Paid (DDP), meaning the displayed price includes estimated taxes and duties for a smooth delivery experience.

Important Information for International Customers

  • Depending on the destination country and the value of the goods, you may be requested by local customs authorities (e.g., U.S. Customs and Border Protection) to provide additional information for formal clearance. Please provide this information to the carrier (e.g., DHL) if prompted to avoid delivery delays.
  • If an order is refused at the time of delivery, the receiver will be responsible for all original shipping charges, including freight, duties, and taxes, as well as the costs associated with the return shipment.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website.

Returns Policy

General Return Conditions

  • Return Period: You must obtain approval from our customer care team to initiate a return within 7 days of delivery.
  • Item Condition: All items must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original, sellable condition. They must be returned in their original sealed packaging with all garment tags securely attached.
  • Return Costs:
    • National Orders: We offer complimentary returns.
    • International Orders: Returns are accepted at the customer’s cost, including both outward and return freight, duties, and taxes.

Non-Returnable Items

  • All Sale merchandise is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
  • Items that have been worn, used, altered, damaged, or are missing tags will not be accepted for return.
  • Items received by us outside the specified 7-day return period will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Customer Care: To request a return, please contact our team through our website within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Receive Authorization: If your request meets our policy, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging and ship them back to the address provided using a trackable service. Alex Perry is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.
  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), and if they meet all conditions, we will process a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note, we may not refund items sent without prior approval or proper return paperwork.

Exchanges

Exchanges for a different size or style are available for full-priced items only. Sale items are not eligible for exchange. To request an exchange, please contact our customer care team.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe an item is faulty, not of acceptable quality, unsafe, or does not match its description, please contact our customer care team promptly. We will provide a Return Authorization and instructions. Goods that are damaged by the customer or show normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.
