By using this Site and by ordering Goods from this Site you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the Terms and Conditions you must not use the Site.

ORDERS
You agree that a contract for the sale of any Goods is only formed when: (a) the Goods are available; (b) you have placed an Order which complies with these Terms and Conditions, and (c) Alex Perry has accepted the Order and has communicated its acceptance of the Order by confirmation email to you. Alex Perry is under no obligation to accept any Order.
AVAILABILITY
Whilst Alex Perry makes every effort to ensure the availability of Goods, availability is not guaranteed. If Goods are not available after an Order is accepted, your rights are limited to a full refund of any amounts paid.
DELIVERY
Any delivery time specified in an Order is not guaranteed and may be changed. All delivery costs are charged in addition to the price of the Goods and are as marked at checkout.
ACCURACY
Alex Perry uses reasonable endeavours to ensure details, descriptions, and prices are accurate, but errors may occur. If an error is discovered, we will notify you and offer the option to reconfirm your Order at the correct price or to cancel it for a full refund.
SHIPPING
Shipping times and costs vary for national and international orders. Please refer to the detailed shipping information provided on the Site for current details. All timescales are estimates.
RETURNS
If you wish to return any item(s) from your order you must obtain approval from our customer care team within 7 days of delivery.
Complementary returns are offered on all national orders. International returns are accepted at the cost of the customer, including both freight and duties & taxes.
Items must be undamaged and in sellable condition and must be returned in their original condition in a sealed box, with all garment tags attached. Returns that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted. All Sale merchandise is considered final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
For approved returns, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
SALE ITEMS
All Sale merchandise is considered final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. There are no price adjustments on previous purchases. Sale offers may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.

CONSUMER GUARANTEES
Alex Perry provides full refunds for Goods purchased online if the Goods are faulty, not of acceptable quality, unsafe, or do not match the description on the Site.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
Alex Perry accepts change of mind returns for a full refund on full priced items purchased online, provided approval is obtained within 7 business days of delivery and the Goods are unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange a full priced item for another size or a different style, please contact our customer care team through our website. Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
